Hipo delivers digital services that involve immediate access, system allocation, data processing, and ongoing platform availability. Once a payment is completed, access to services is either granted instantly or provisioned for future use. At that point, computational resources, infrastructure capacity, and internal systems are committed on behalf of the user. Because these resources cannot be reversed or reclaimed in a meaningful way, refunds are not offered for unused services, unused time, early termination, inactivity, or dissatisfaction.

Refunds are not provided for changes in personal circumstances, business priorities, hiring plans, recruitment outcomes, or expectations. Hiring and recruitment outcomes depend on numerous external factors, including market conditions, candidate availability, employer decisions, and role requirements. Hipo does not guarantee hiring success, placement, interviews, or specific results. Payments are made solely for access to the platform, tools, and features as described at the time of purchase.

Hipo does not issue refunds for perceived lack of value, mismatch of expectations, or failure to achieve desired results. Users are responsible for reviewing all available information related to pricing, service scope, limitations, and functionality before completing any transaction. A lack of familiarity with the platform, misunderstanding of features, or underutilization of services does not qualify as a reason for refund consideration.

Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, feature updates, system upgrades, performance degradation, or changes to platform functionality are part of standard digital service operations and do not constitute grounds for refunds. Hipo may modify, improve, or discontinue features over time to maintain platform quality and alignment with its long-term vision. Such changes do not create any refund obligation.

Hipo does not provide refunds in cases of account suspension, termination, or restriction resulting from violations of terms of service, misuse of the platform, or non-compliance with policies. Any remaining subscription time or unused services associated with such accounts are forfeited without compensation.

Payments made by mistake, duplicate payments, or payments affected by technical errors may be reviewed strictly for correction purposes, not as an entitlement to a refund. Any such review is limited, discretionary, and requires clear evidence that the issue originated from a verified technical fault on Hipo’s side. Even in such cases, resolution may involve account credit or adjustment rather than a monetary refund, at Hipo’s sole discretion.

All users are encouraged to evaluate the platform carefully before committing to any paid service. Once a payment is completed, it represents a binding acknowledgment of this Refund Policy and an acceptance of its terms in full.
